Replacing Fear Based Thoughts With Loving Ones
We fear just about everything, we worry about small things, big things, new things, unknown things, we fear death, life, illness, financial troubles……..not being good enough, old enough, young enough, pretty enough…….and the list is endless.
Replacing Fear Based Thoughts With Loving Ones ………..is the only way to release the fear out of your system.
But first you have to recognize that you are having these fearful thoughts. We are not aware of the stream of thoughts that is running our lives, running them in the wrong direction, as we plod along unaware that our ego-mind has stuck you in a fear based thought system.
So how do you do it? How do you start to change this crippling system around to create a better system? BY BEING AWARE OF THE STREAM OF THOUGHTS IN YOUR HEAD! Start to catch yourself when you are feeling that fear flare up. Now replace that thought with a loving thought to start to heal.
It doesn’t come naturally after years of thinking your way….but the more you do it the more of a habit it becomes and the fearful ideas will slowly start to fade away.
Avoid things that bring up the fear, if scary movies, the news, shows like 60 minutes and 20/20 tend to leave you feeling vulnerable, then skip watching them all together. Certain people may stir up anxiety in you, avoid spending lots of time with these people or at best, don’t bring up certain subjects with them.
Meditation and yoga are great ways to feel centered, connected to the Universe, self loved. A daily practice of these will melt away self doubt and fearful worrisome ideas.
Gratitude for all that you have like health, family, prosperity, friends, the sky, trees, flowers and so on will keep you surrounded by positive high thoughts and blast the fear out to the Universe! ………Gretta
